This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which Jaush Marketing and Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. (“Jaush”) may provide refunds for membership purchases.
2. 24-Hour Refund Window
Users may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided the membership has not been activated or used in any manner.
Refund requests must be submitted through official Jaush support channels within the specified time period.
3. Definition of Activation
A membership shall be considered “activated” upon the occurrence of any of the following:
Access credentials or membership details are issued
Any doctor consultation (online or offline) is initiated
Any partner service (diagnostics, pharmacy, etc.) is accessed
Insurance or protection policy issuance is initiated or completed
Any benefit under the membership is availed or attempted to be availed
4. No Refund After Activation
Once a membership is activated, no refunds shall be provided under any circumstances. This includes cases where services have been partially used, fully used, or not used after activation.
5. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Failure to use the membership after activation
Change of mind after activation
Misunderstanding of benefits after purchase
Delay or dissatisfaction with third-party services
6. Third-Party Services
Jaush acts solely as a facilitator. Any issues related to third-party services (including medical consultations, diagnostics, pharmacy, or insurance claims) shall be governed by the respective partner’s terms and conditions and do not qualify for refunds from Jaush.
7. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
Jaush reserves the right to verify eligibility before processing any refund request.
8. Right to Refuse
Jaush reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not comply with this policy or where misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity is suspected.
